Pulse Agent
You run the room. Pulse runs the report.

You lose 8 hours a week to numbers that reach you too late to act on.

For Owner-operators who don't have a back office

What Pulse Agent does

Pulse Agent is your weekly command center. It compiles your POS close, reservation book, labor hours, invoices and reviews overnight, then texts you the week in plain English every Monday at 7am — with every recommended action already drafted and one tap away from being sent.

Your week lives in seven places, none of which talk to each other. Assembling it takes hours you don't have, so most weeks go unread. The tools that promise to fix that are dashboards you still have to log into.

Where the money goes

Three leaks Pulse Agent closes

Leak No. 1

The week you never assemble

Sales, covers, labor, food cost, reviews — each in its own system, none talking. Managers lose 8–10 hours a week to admin work, and prime cost, the number you run the business on, rarely gets calculated.

8–10 hrs / wklost to admin & reporting, est.
Leak No. 2

The why you never learn

A chart tells you Tuesday dinner fell 30%. It can't tell you two large parties cancelled, it rained 6–9pm, and there was no Garden game. So you guess — and change the menu for no reason.

Leak No. 3

The actions that die in a report

Even a good dashboard ends at a chart and hands you a to-do list. The staffing text, the vendor PO, the invite to lapsed regulars — none get sent on a Monday. Insight you don't act on is a subscription.

How it works

Three steps, no new software

01

It compiles.

Every night it pulls your POS close, reservation book, labor hours, invoices and reviews and builds the week while you sleep. No new hardware, no POS switch, nothing to log into.

02

It explains.

Monday at 7am you get the week in plain English — and the why behind every swing: weather, the arena calendar, Restaurant Week, your own book. Ask it anything; it answers from your numbers.

03

It dispatches.

Every action arrives pre-drafted — the staffing text, the vendor PO, the invite to lapsed regulars. One tap sends it. Nothing runs without you, and next Monday it shows what each one produced.

Why AgentHood

Built for your room, not a chain

The weekly-reporting platforms were built for chains with a controller and an analyst. We built Pulse for the independents who are the controller, the GM and the closer, all before Monday lunch. It only ever claims dollars it can trace to a specific action you approved.

You approve every word

Nothing this agent says to a guest goes out without your tap. Sensitive moments route to your phone, your voice is set from your own menus and the way you actually talk, and you can turn any behaviour off in one message.

Pulse Agent

Questions owners ask

Is this just another dashboard?
The opposite. There's nothing to log into. It arrives as a text on Monday morning with the numbers explained and the actions already drafted — a dashboard you never open is the problem Pulse exists to solve.
What does “dispatch an agent” mean?
If the digest spots a light Tuesday, the invite from Encore Agent is already written and one tap from sending. Same for a staffing text or a vendor PO. Pulse is the surface you run the other agents from.
Can I start with just this one?
Yes, and plenty of skeptical owners do. Nothing changes for your staff, no system gets replaced, and you get one weekly text. It's the lowest-risk way to see whether any of this is worth it.

See Pulse Agent run against your own numbers

Start with a 15-minute discovery call. If it’s the right fit, we’ll run a working session at your venue during a slow shift, with the agent pointed at your actual operation.
